CONTRIBUTE TO THE MAGIC OF HEDONÉ PARIS - May 14th to 19th, 2025

Participative tickets offer you the possibility to access Hédoné Paris while giving your time, skills, love and energy to the Convention. Depending on the number of shifts you choose to volunteer for, you have access to tickets at a degressive price. 

All participative tickets are paid along with a deposit which will be refunded after the festival.

PARTICIPATIVE TICKET - 3 shifts (18 hours) - Ticket price 120 € + 295 € refundable deposit

PARTICIPATIVE TICKET - 2 shifts (12 hours) - Ticket price 260 € + 295 € refundable deposit

PARTICIPATIVE TICKET - 1 shift (6 hours) - Ticket price 420 € + 135 € refundable deposit

You can apply to join the team that represents you the most; we will try our best to allocate everyone in alignment.

Exchange:

As a volunteer you will have to do 1, 2 or 3 shifts of 6 hours. You will be offered 1 meal and 1 drink per shift, as well as a 50% discount on your campervan pass if you choose to come  with a van.

Volunteers working during build up (DECO team) will have 3 meals a day offered during building days. A minimum of 2 days of presence is required during build up to purchase a DECO participative ticket.

WELCOME I Xenios bunch | The Greek god Zeus is sometimes called Zeus Xenios in his role as a protector of guests. As a Xenian you will welcome guests, issue wristbands, drive the shuttle to and from the train station, provide basic information and work at the hedogold exchange counter, making sure all guests are well informed.

BAR I Methe crew | Methe was the Greek spirit of intoxication and buddies with the wine god Dionysos.  Are you a cocktails wizard? Then join the Methe crew and help us keep the guests hydrated and happy. Volunteers with previous bar experience will have preference. 

CUISINE I Culinartists | The kitchen team exists to nourish, seduce, and give mouthgasms. If food is your love language, welcome home. We’re calling on food artists, home cooks, chefs, kitchen fairies, front-of-house lovers, foragers, oyster shuckers, and dreamers. Whether you’re drawn to plating dishes like art, cooking over open flames, or creating connections through shared meals, your passion belongs here. This is more than a kitchen—it’s a pleasure house. A sanctuary where love, creativity, and flavor entwine. From the central kitchen and sensual dinners to the oyster bar and playful pop-ups, we create moments that linger on lips and leave hearts hungry for more. The Cuisine Team isn’t just a team—it’s a family, a movement, a celebration. A space for passion, connection, and the intoxicating joy of giving and receiving pleasure through food. Are you ready to turn up the heat? Let’s create magic.

DECO I Hephaestus gang | Hephaestus was the God of metalworking, carpenters, craftsmen, artisans and sculptors. If you chose to join his gang, you will help the Team transform the castle into the enchanted Hedoné sanctuary.
(Participative tickets in DECO team are not organised in 6 hours-shifts but in full-day shifts before the event. A minimum of 2 days of presence before the event is required. If you wish to be part of the DECO team, please choose the 3 shifts ticket option. Applicable ticket price is 120 € + deposit).

ATELIER I Aphrodite squad | The squad of the Greek goddess of beauty, love and pleasure will assist with the creation of costumes and transformation of our participants for the day of the Hedo-gala, as well as ensuring everyone is adhering to the dress code during the celebration, adding a little magic glitter touch here and there. If you fancy crafting costumes, playing dress up with your friends and face/body painting maybe this is the team for you. 

FLOW I Hermes troop | The Greek god Hermes is the emissary and messenger of the gods. He is described as moving freely and fast between the worlds of the mortal and divine. As part of his troop you will be helping the whole event flow smoothly. You will enjoy a great level of autonomy to hold spaces, make the palace an ever-lasting beautiful and welcoming heaven, and maintain a trash-free environment. No job is too small or too big for a member of the Hermes troop !

CARE | HedoAngels |  The Hedo Angels are the beautiful souls ensuring that high vibes, magic, and safety flow seamlessly throughout the party. While everyone at the event shares this responsibility, the Hedo Angels go the extra mile to make sure everyone feels safe, comfortable, and cared for. They hold space in the Haven, a room designed to foster grounding and security, where sexual activity or substance use is off-limits. Here, everyone is welcome to talk through challenging moments or simply unwind with a cup of tea and warm company in an extra-safe environment. The Hedo Angels will also glide around the castle, ensuring that boundaries are respected and everyone feels at ease. If you have any concerns or feel that a principle has been compromised, the Hedo Angels are your go-to guides!

MEDIA I Mnemosyne team | Mnemosyne is the goddess of memory and the mother of the nine Muses, who are associated with various arts and sciences. She is often depicted with a scroll, symbolizing the recording of memories. The Mnemosyne team is in charge of making sure the magic of a moment doesn't fall into oblivion, by taking pictures and videos around the event. This team welcomes journalists, professional photographers or content creators with a significant audience (please provide details in the following application form).

ARTIST CARE I Stage Managers | Stage managers are committed enthusiasts who are willing to dedicate their time to ensure artist performances go smoothly. From welcoming artists upon arrival, to being their referent point during the event and making sure they have all they need during their performance, these resourceful, multi-skilled angels make artists feel at home in Hedoné. 
(Participative tickets in ARTIST CARE team are not organised in 6 hours-shifts. Instead, you are assigned a number of artists to welcome and to look after. If you wish to be part of the ARTIST CARE team, please choose the 3 shifts ticket option. Applicable ticket price is 120 € + deposit).
